Kiev is the city where the modern and the old create wonderful possibilities for historical and aesthetic exploration. However, before you visit this incredible city, take your time to decide on at least two things: accommodation and transport.

A five star hotel is going to be approximately $400-850 per 24 hrs, four star hotels will cost $150-$500, 3 star hotels will cost you about $70-300, 2 stars will be from $50 to 120 and small and one star hotels cost around 25-100 per night.

There are as well a couple of hostels in the city for students and young people. In an ordinary hostel you will find unpretentious but clean accommodation facilities and several beds in one and the same room.
